Jen-Jen is originally from Bohol, Philippines. She started kitesurfing in 2017 and became in IKO Level I Kite Instructor in 2024. Besides kiting, she also enjoys SUP and sailing.

Peter
Peter is originally from the US and started kitesurfing in 2012. He was certified as an IKO Level I Kite Instructor in 2017 and as a Level II Instructor in 2024. He also enjoys surfing, sailing, SUP, and kite and wing foiling.

Location
We’re conveniently located at The Bellevue Resort, Bohol, Doljo Beach, Panglao Island. Our kite school is right next to / behind the dive center at The Bellevue Resort. If you are coming to visit us, you can park at The Bellevue Resort and kindly inform the staff that you are coming to Hangtime Kite School. On weekends, you can also pay 50 pesos to park at Dominguez Beach (a part of the larger area of Doljo Beach). The parking area for Dominguez Beach is right in front of our kite school and shop.
